The Colour Wheel

In Art & Fashion Club this week we took Emma Fullbrook's advice and revisited the Colour Wheel!
Emma suggested that knowing more about the colour wheel would really help us to improve our use of colour and make our artworks more refined.

Why do Artists use the Colour Wheel?

Understanding the colour wheel and using colour theory in your artwork is a good idea for any artist as it supports our creative decision making
Primary colours are colours that cannot be made by mixing other colours.
THEY ARE RED,YELLOW and BLUE

Secondary colours are the colours we make when we mix the Primary colours together.

BLUE+YELLOW=GREEN
RED+BLUE=GREEN
YELLOW+RED=ORANGE
