This term our year 3's and 4's have been practising basketball. They have shown great improvement throughout the 6 weeks. Some of the children were chosen to represent our school at the Badu Basketball competition to showcase their skills against other schools.
The children that were chosen represented our school the best way possible by being polite to everyone involved in the competition and played great as a team. Their passing, moving and dribbling skills helped them to progress through their group stage as the group winners.
Their final game was remarkable as they demonstrated great determination and teamwork to level the scoreline during the game, they kept up the hard work to the final buzzer. They finished the competition in second place as the other team scored just on the buzzer.
