Year 4 went to London City Airport on Tuesday 23rd January.
They researched arrivals and departures in live times.
They spoke to different workers and discovered the roles that they play. Children did plane spotting, watching planes both depart and arrive, there was plenty of excitement.
Meeting the police and sniffer dogs and asking the police questions was definitely a highlight.
Even though the sky was grey there were plenty of planes to be seen.
